In 1976, Bulk Carriers' Transportation Equipment Co. was founded as a new and used tank-trailer equipment dealer. As we worked with customers to help them purchase the trailers they needed, we recognized a growing need for innovative tank-trailer financing. We responded by offering creative leasing services under the name Tank Leasing Corp., giving customer more flexibility than traditional financing offered. Eventually we established Bulk Carriers' Service to serve the need for high-quality, ethical tank-trailer service and repair work. Today, sales, service and leasing all fall under the BCTE identity located in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
